Group Training Options

The following options are available at the quoted price on a one to one basis or for groups of up to 4. If you would like to request larger groups, then please get in touch to discuss on an individual basis.

Option 1 - High Intensity Training

A fast intense workout combining cardiovascular and strength training techniques. This type of workout has amazing results for weight loss and body toning.

Option 2 - Weight Loss Training

Using interval bursts and peripheral heart training, this workout combines cardiovascular and strength training techniques to achieve great results for weight loss and fitness.

Option 3 – Deep Core, Back Care and Flexibility

Using mat based Pilates, training deep core muscles, focussing on good posture and flexibility as well as strength, this effective workout has great benefits in everyday life.

Option 4 – Legs, Bums and Tums

A workout combining strength and toning exercises targeting those key problem areas.

Option 5 – Beginners to 5km

If you've never run before or it has been a while since you last did, then this incremental running programme is for you. One run a week is done with me and two are set for homework, then before you know it you will be running 5km and have a big change in your fitness levels.

Nutrition and Lifestyle Assessments

If you are struggling to change your lifestyle and feel healthier on a daily basis, then this is for you. We will work together on completion of a lifestyle diary and look at all aspects of your daily routine and diet. A final summary will then be produced to help point you in the right direction and make those changes needed to feel great. This can be performed as a one off service or repeated monthly to ensure you are heading in the right direction.
