"I love Sarah's fitness classes! They are effective – I saw improvement in my fitness level and strength – and fun. I really enjoy working out with Sarah which is definitely a bonus! I also appreciate her professionalism – correcting form, modifying when needed, challenging you to do your best. The variety of workouts always kept it interesting and she made sure we had balance, concentrating on different muscle groups each week. Great workouts!"
